What is the dress code?
Please be in smart / dressy casual to the Welcome Party.
Please be in Summer Formal for the Ceremony/Reception. Suit or jacket required.
What is Summer Formal?
Formal that takes the weather into account: lighter fabrics, patterns, brighter colors, etc.
Will transportation be provided to and from the ceremony?
Yes! There will be two pick-up locations -
Shuttle 1: This shuttle will make three stops. First stop, Park City Peaks hotel at 4:15pm, departing promptly at 4:30pm. Second stop, DoubleTree Hotel, departing promptly at 4:45pm. This shuttle will then stop at 9th and Main to pick overflow.
Shuttle 2: This shuttle will pick up on the corner of 9th street and Main Street at 4:30pm and will depart promptly at 4:45pm. Shuttle one will come to this location for any overflow.
Both shuttles will make all three stops on the way home. Departure at 9:45pm and 11:00pm.
Do I need a car for the weekend?
If you are just there the weekend staying near Main Street, you will be able to Uber all desired destinations.
However, if you plan on staying a few days to explore the area, we recommend renting a car so you can travel to further away trailheads and activities.
Will dinner be provided at the Welcome Party?
Yes! Expect heavy hors d'oeuvres
