How it all began

Emily and Will met at work in New York City in 2019

Emily would say that they met in January at the company holiday party, but that was only the first time Will got up the courage to talk to her. If you ask Will, he was smitten with her from across the office on the first day of her transfer from LA a few months before.

After at least two quarters of happy hours, coffee dates, and teasing from their coworkers, the couple decided to make it official. Cue three years of a Manhattan life filled with friends, fun, and double-toasted everything bagels.

In the spring of 2023, they got engaged and moved to Brooklyn. How original! Will proposed to Emily in front of a sunset view of Manhattan, including the building where they first met all those years ago, and she said yes! They have enjoyed living together and improving their apartment, hosting friends and family, and exploring their new borough.
